Size, grading, fruit condition, net weight and packaging are defined in the specification. Recurring volumes and frequency are assessed against harvest schedules. Air freight, receiving and onward delivery are planned together.
The quotation confirms specifications, any minimum order, availability, currency, payment terms, lead times and delivery responsibilities.
