You choose email or WhatsApp. Email is optional for a WhatsApp enquiry. The fields are used in your browser to compose a message. They are not saved by this website, stored locally or submitted to a Maison Ancora server. “Preview my enquiry” displays a preview. Clicking “Continue by email” or “Continue on WhatsApp” passes the text to your chosen application. You then confirm sending in that application. WhatsApp and your email provider apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Correspondence data & purposes
When you send an enquiry, we may process your name, email, company, product requirements, destination, quantities and commercial information to answer it, prepare a proposal and manage the business relationship. Depending on the context, the basis is pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in B2B relationship management or legal obligations.
Recipients & retention
Information is available to authorised Ancora Trade personnel and, where necessary, service providers and partners involved in the enquiry. Unconverted commercial enquiries are retained for up to three years after the last exchange, subject to an objection or a legitimate reason for further retention. Contractual and accounting documents follow applicable legal retention periods.
Technical operation & cookies
The site includes no advertising or audience analytics tools. It sets no application cookies and does not retain form fields. The hosting platform may use essential technical mechanisms and access logs for operation and security.
International transfers
Technical providers or an international project may involve data transfers outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are limited to what is necessary and must benefit from appropriate safeguards where required by applicable rules.
